hihi..hutang resepi pretzels masih belum tertunai. Tapi dah blog pasal pizza plak. Ampun lah yea. Nanti free hana update pasal pretzels. Lagipun resepi kena modify sket pretzels tu. Bagi size sume ngam2 je.
Ok, ni nak cerita step by step how I make my pizza from scratch. Firstly, we have to make the pizza base. I just use the easiest recipe that I found in the website. Tak perlu rumit2 sgt, hana pun rimas kalau susah nak buat. hahaha.. Ok, lets see the ingredients that we need.
Ingredients:
400g plain flour (I used bread/pizza flour)
2tsp dried yeast
2tsp salt
1 cup warm water
3tbsp olive oil
Method:
1. Sieve the flour and put in a mixing bowl. Put salt and dried yeast and mix them all together.
2. Gradually add the water and olive oil. Then knead by hand for 7-10 minutes until the dough is smooth. Hana buat macam ni. Lubangkan tengah2 tepung tu biar ada space. Tuang air kat tengah2 tu perlahan-lahan. Lepas tu guna jari telunjuk buat bulatan dari tengah ke sekeliling tepung sampai air semua dah combine dengan tepung. Uli sampai semua sebati. Lepas tu, sprinkle sikit tepung atas table top, dan bawak keluar adunan. Uli adunan sampailah adunan tu smooth je bentuknya macam dalm pic bawah ni.
Adunan tepung yang dah siap diuli dan ditutup dgn cling wrap.
3. Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with cling wrap. Set aside in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes to an hour until it doubles in volume. Haaa.. biarkan je dlm bowl sampai dia kembang. Hana biar dough tu rest dlm sejam haritu.
4. Knead dough gently for a few minutes to remove some air. Uli lagi utk kali kedua. Setiap kali nak uli pastikan kita sprinkle tepung kat meja jadi adunan tu tak melekat atas meja.
5. Divide dough in two and roll out pizza bases as in the pic below. Sprinkle a little flour on the bench before rolling to prevent dough from sticking.

6. After you have roll out your pizza base, make sure that you put the base on the oven tray. Jangan jadi macam hana, haritu hana dah bubuh topping sume lepas tu nak sodok pizza ni dah payah. So, to make it easier bubuh topping semua atas tray. When you roll out, make sure buat senipis yang mungkin. Kalau tebal2 sgt nnt tak sedap.
7. Apply the tomato sauce with Italian herbs on top of the pizza base. This time around I didn't make my own sauce. I use the ready made sauce yang selalu I guna for pasta (Garlic, tomato and herb sauce) =p. Lain kali boleh try buat sauce sendiri.
Sapu je sauce atas pizza base tadi.
8. Topping time. I used chicken meatballs and broccoli as topping. For chicken meatball I used chicken meat (breast part) and put them in the food processor sampai hancur. I add garlic, parsley, Italian herbs and eggs. Dah siap gumpal2 je kecik2. Lepas tu, hana goreng meatballs ni sekejap. Baru susun utk topping. Dah siap susun just tabur cheese for pizza byk mana yang anda suka. Hana guna perfect italiano cheese for pizza topping.
Ini lah rupa toppingnya before bake. Bake for 250'C for 10mins. Nampak je dah golden2 basenya terus bawak keluar.
Taraaa.. My first pizza that I made from scratch. Ok laaa..not to bad. Takdelah nak terliur bila tgk dominos dah. hahaha
2 jenis topping. 1 seafood and 1 chicken meatballs.
Makan kat deck belakang rumah sambil tunggu suami balik mancing. hohoho
Ini potong bagi aisy makan. hahaha
